Key Responsible Supervisor in Production (Pouching)

• Ensure the quality for the entire process
• Executing the production targets on specified time by coordinating with planning department.
• Continuous monitoring of the wastage on daily basis and implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Key person in fixing parameters, procedures and executing of any new jobs and developments by coordinating with Q.A, R & D.
• Continuous monitoring of Machine Health and Maintenance.
• Analysis report as RM consumption, Abnormalities and corrective action.
• Root cause analysis done for the repeated problems arising in machines.
• Internal Audit 5s
• Data reporting online in ERP system
• Manpower Handling in shift.

Key Responsibilities ERP and WIP inventory management in Pouching Department and Store

• Complete Pouching department QAD Data entry Production/ consumption / wastage / machine efficiency
• Monthly stock reporting without any quarry
• Daily basic WIP inventory reporting to planning and next process
• Inspection / Rewinding job scheduling based on next process priority
• Coordination with monthly and yearly audit without any quarry
• Job wise variance and wastage analyses by QAD reporting
