Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced and motivated Hospital Billing AR Caller to join our team As a Hospital Billing AR Caller, youll play a crucial role in resolving outstanding insurance claims and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Hospital Billing, Denial Management and U.S. Healthcare/U.S. Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
