Pallavi International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Coach - Female to join our team in Hyderabad. This mid-level position requires expertise in swim instruction and a passion for teaching students across different age groups. The ideal candidate will hold essential qualifications to ensure the safety and skill development of all participants.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in swim instruction, focusing on delivering quality lessons to students (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to create and implement comprehensive lesson plans for swim training sessions (Mandatory skill).
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid to handle emergency situations in an aquatic environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge of water safety protocols to ensure a safe swimming environment for all students.
  • Proficiency in teaching stroke techniques to improve participants' swimming efficiency and performance.
  • Experience in stroke correction to enhance students' overall swimming ability and align with industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to students.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build an encouraging and motivating learning atmosphere for participants.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct swimming lessons for students of varying skill levels, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the skill level and goals of each student or group.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols within the swimming facility.
  • Collaborate with school staff to organize swim meets and related events.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in swim coaching to provide top-quality instruction.
