Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in handling a mix of HR and administrative responsibilities, supporting the daily operations of the office and HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Help with payroll inputs and basic HR documentation.
Administration:
- Manage front-desk operations, incoming calls, and office visitors.
- Handle office supplies, stationary, courier, and general admin tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline in the office environment.
- Support travel and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA in HR preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-organized, presentable, and proactive in nature.
