About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our organization as CA. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of our accounting, compliance, and statutory reporting functions and ensure seamless financial management, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage accounting software and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review and business decision-making.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST compliance: monthly/quarterly return filing, reconciliations, and advisory.
• Manage TDS compliance: deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
• Oversee corporate income tax matters: return filing, tax planning, and audits.
• Prepare and file annual GST and income tax returns (GSTR-9, ITR-6, etc.).

3. Payroll Management

• Process employee payroll including salary structure, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Handle statutory payroll compliances: EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS on salaries.
• Generate Form 16 and ensure timely submission of payroll-related returns.

4. MCA & ROC Filings

• Manage annual filings: MGT-7, AOC-4, and other statutory forms.
• File DIN KYC, DPT-3, ADT-1, and other event-based filings.
• Maintain and update company records including board resolutions, minutes, and registers.
• Ensure timely compliance for AGM, Board Meetings, and statutory disclosures (MBP-1, DIR-8, BEN-2, etc.).

5. Audit & Compliance Coordination

• Liaise with statutory auditors during annual audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for a Private Limited Company.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and MCA compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in handling end-to-end accounts and compliance independently.
• Exposure to payroll management and statutory filings.
• Experience in working with startups or small-to-medium private limited companies.
