Job Title: Team Leader – Financial Analysis

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial analysts to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
  • Work Allocation & Monitoring: Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Review & Quality Assurance: Review team outputs (reports, models, analyses) and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for management, clients, and outsourced partners regarding financial analysis deliverables.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, provide training, and foster continuous learning within the team.
  • Advanced Analysis: Support complex financial modeling, forecasting, and business insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in reporting and analysis.
  • Escalation Handling: Resolve client queries, operational challenges, and escalations effectively and promptly.

Basic Qualifications:

  • CA / MBA in Finance preferred | B.Com / M.Com with 5–8 years of relevant experience, including team management exposure
  • Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and client coordination

Key Skills:

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver under pressure
