Core Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery:Design and implement lesson plans covering English grammar, composition, reading, writing, and literature, aligning them with school and board guidelines.
• Student Assessment:Evaluate students' understanding and progress through various assessments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Classroom Management:Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and active student participation.
• Individual Support:Identify and address students' diverse learning needs, adapting teaching methods and providing individual guidance or extra sessions when necessary.

Instructional Duties

• Engaging Instruction:Use varied teaching strategies and instructional materials to make lessons engaging and meet different learning styles.
• Promoting Language Skills:Focus on developing students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the English language.
• Fostering Critical Thinking:Guide students in critical analysis of literary works, such as poetry and different literary genres.

Collaboration and Communication

• Parent-Teacher Communication:Regularly communicate with parents about student performance, challenges, and progress.
• Professional Collaboration:Work with other teachers, department heads, and school administration to support overall student development and a cohesive educational experience.

Professional Development
