Responsibilities:
- Collecting, managing, and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly data from various departments
- Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management decision-making
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
- Coordinating with different teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and records
- Supporting management in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Preparing presentations and assisting in strategic reviews
- Automating reporting processes to improve efficiency
Eligibility / Skills Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or IT (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines
