Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. You will oversee content creation, social campaigns, and analytics, while mentoring and coordinating with the social media team to ensure consistency and impact across all digital channels.

· Expertise in building and managing social and digital assets, particularly Instagram and websites.

· Proficiency in content creation, including video editing, image editing, and visual creative direction.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

· Developing and executing integrated marketing, branding, and PR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

· Managing the company's presence across social media, digital, and traditional platforms to build strong brand equity.

· Planning and executing creative social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR activities.

· Creating, editing, and managing high-quality written and visual content for marketing, social, and digital channels.

· Drafting press releases, media briefs, and brand communication materials.

· Building and maintaining relationships with media houses, journalists, and digital influencers.

· Coordinating with design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure message alignment and consistent branding.

· Overseeing paid digital campaigns and analysing engagement metrics to optimize performance.

· Leading and mentoring the social media and content teams to achieve strategic marketing goals.

· Staying updated with current industry trends, competitor activity, and digital innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
