Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager - Sales and Counseling, located in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing patient relations, counseling patients, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, providing them with information on treatments, and facilitating their journey from initial inquiry to treatment completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in counseling and patient relationship management
• Sales acumen and the ability to handle sales inquiries
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related fields
