Key Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks aligned with diverse banking business lines and regulatory standards.
  • Translate retail, investment, lending, and wholesale banking processes into scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions.
  • Design reference architectures for digital banking platforms, payments, lending systems, risk engines, and investment platforms.
  • Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Basel III, MiFID II, and other applicable global and regional regulations.
  • Develop roadmaps for legacy core banking modernization and integration of emerging fintech solutions.
  • Collaborate across business, solution, and technology teams to maintain architecture coherence and agility.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for solution delivery in banking environments.
  • Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen domain expertise across multiple banking verticals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or senior technology leader within banking (retail, investment, lending, wholesale).
  • Strong understanding of banking products, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in India and global markets.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • In-depth knowledge of core banking platforms, trading systems, payment networks, APIs, and integration architectures.
  • Experience in data architecture, analytics, risk management, and cybersecurity within BFSI.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience in digital banking, open banking, and fintech integration.
  • Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, and distributed ledgers in financial services.
  • Familiarity with Indian and global financial regulatory compliance practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to navigate complex banking ecosystems.
