LLM Engineer

Job Title :- LLM Engineer / Generative AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities :-

• Analyze past ICSE board papers to understand question patterns, format, and topic coverage.
• Generate 10 full-length, board-style practice tests per subject (16 subjects total).
• Ensure tests follow ICSE marking schemes, structure, and difficulty levels.
• Use OCR to extract student responses from scanned handwritten answer sheets.
• Evaluate answers using stepwise grading, partial credit, and keyword detection.
• Generate detailed, personalized feedback with question-wise scoring.
• Build the system using modern LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Collaborate with educators and maintain quality and accuracy of test content and feedback.

Job Requirement:-

Mandatory

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini) for content generation.
• Proficiency in OCR tools for processing handwritten inputs.
• Knowledge of automated grading logic (stepwise, partial credit, keyword-based).
• Attention to detail for accurate evaluation and test creation.
• Basic coding skills for AI tool integration and data handling.

Preferred

• Background in Education, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with ICSE Grade 10 syllabus and exam format.
• Ability to work with educators and subject experts.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420, ₹600,000.00 per year
