We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a 12th-grade education in the Science stream and possess good English communication skills. The role involves data entry, managing computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle documentation and basic administrative tasks
  • Manage file organization and backup procedures
  • Assist with software updates and troubleshooting minor issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data-related tasks
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of stored data
  • Maintain logs of activities and report any errors or system malfunctions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th (Science stream)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, file management)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 WPM (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas
  • Familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners
  • Prior experience in data entry or similar role (optional)
