Role Description

We are seeking a full-time SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK Consultant based on-site in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will design, implement, and support SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Recruitment Marketing modules to address business requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing client business processes, configuring SAP solutions, managing master data, conducting user training, and maintaining system performance. The consultant will work directly with clients, providing guidance on best practices, and driving successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Process analysis and optimization
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Consulting and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in SAP RCM and implementation strategies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Master Data management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
  • Experience in the technology consulting domain is desirable
