Position: Azure Solution Architect and Team Lead
Location: All EXL Locations (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for a seasoned Azure Solution Architect and Team Lead with deep expertise in data engineering to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead technical teams and drive cloud-based data solutions across onshore and offshore environments.
Technical Proficiency Required:
- Extensive experience as an Azure Solution Architect and Data Architect
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics
- Proven background in data engineering and cloud platform development
- Experience leading data engineering teams on complex development projects, managing both onshore and offshore resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions on Azure
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of data engineers across multiple locations
- Drive engineering best practices and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client interactions, leading discussions and managing stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate tasks and manage resources effectively to meet project goals
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable in a client-facing role
- Ability to distribute tasks efficiently and foster a productive team environment
- Understanding of engineering standards, processes, and best practices
