This 6-month "
Work with CEO
" program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to gain hands-on exposure to the venture development process — from ideation to execution.

You will work directly with the CEO and core team on real projects, strategy discussions, and startup operations. By the end of the program, you'll have a complete understanding of how ventures are developed, validated, and scaled.

What You'll Learn

  • How to take an idea from concept to market-ready product.
  • Business model design, validation, and market research.
  • Basics of fundraising, pitching, and investor communication.
  • Strategic decision-making and leadership from the CEO's perspective.
  • Operations, marketing, and team-building in early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day business operations and strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new ventures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project progress.
  • Support in pitch deck preparation, partnership discussions, and presentations.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and take ownership of small projects.
