Lean Roadmap

  • Own, design, and continuously evaluate the plant's Lean roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  • Drive projects identified with agility and focus towards long term business gains

Project Management

  • Drive execution of Lean projects, JIT initiatives, and kaizen activities through disciplined project management, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Focus on project management systematics to drive strategic improvements

Lean Transformation Champion

  • Champion the transformation of the plant's Lean culture by fostering engagement, coaching teams, and enabling sustainable process improvements
  • demonstrating standard work, problem-solving, waste elimination, and data-driven decision-making in daily operations.

Others

  • Forsee employee engagement plans & activities to aid learning and development of individuals
  • Liaison with various external forums and implement best practices in plant
