Job Description-

Quality system development:
 Create and implement quality systems to ensure all products and processes meet regulatory requirements.

Regulatory compliance:
 Ensure all activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

Document review and approval:
 Review and approve all necessary documents, including batch records, SOPs, and validation reports.

Audits and inspections:
 Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and quality, and assist with external inspections.

Deviation and complaint management:
 Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.

Product release:
 Oversee the final release of products after all quality checks are completed.

Continuous improvement:
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Training:
 Provide training to other employees on quality-related topics and GMP standards.
