Role Description (F&B Associate)

The F&B Service Associate will facilitate guest satisfaction by providing exceptional food and beverage service in compliance with Taj standards. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, ensuring table settings meet brand presentation requirements, attending to customer needs with professionalism, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ramnagar, and the ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive guest relationships.
  • Clear communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Analytical skills to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Basic understanding of finance for handling bills, payments, and bar or food sales when required.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing world-class service.
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
