Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled Qlik + Tableau Developers to design, develop, and support interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView and Tableau. These roles will help drive business insights and support operational decision-making across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView and Tableau.
  • Develop and optimize data models, load scripts, and integrate data from diverse sources, including cloud databases (AWS preferred).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
  • Ensure optimal performance, usability, and responsiveness of Qlik and Tableau applications.
  • Maintain platform governance, documentation, and data security controls for Qlik and Tableau environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, reports, and data connectivity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with enterprise data architecture and analytics strategy.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Qlik Sense/QlikView and/or Tableau development.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and best practices in dashboard/report design.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data sources such as AWS Redshift, RDS, S3.
  • Experience integrating Qlik and Tableau with enterprise data platforms and BI tools.
  • Ability to optimize dashboards for performance and user experience.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards related to BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical teams.
