About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer (Python/NextJS) to join our tealn. This role requires a deep understanding of chatbot systems, AI model integration. and frill stack application development. You'll be responsible for developing intelligent AI agents, designing robust APIs. and creating scalable backend and frontend infrastructure that powers cont ersational and task-based AI a*ents across web and iiiobile enx'irc›iunents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate LLñl-based models (GPT, Claude, etc.) into conversational agents
  • Develop custom logic tor task-oriented multi-agent coordination
  • Biiild and iiianage scalable RESTful rind GraphQL APIs
  • Architect and implement secure and efficient backend see ices using Python (FastAPI. Flask. or Django)
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to deploy and monitor ML/NLP models in production
  • Design interactive Uh (React/Angular/Flutter) that stipptirt visual o'orkfloo building, drug-and- drop actions. and chat interfaces
  • linpleiiient real-time cocation via 1$'ebSockets, Socket.IO for live agent interaction
  • Ensure end-to-end testing, x'ersioning, CI/CD automation, and cloud deployment (Docker.

Kubemetes)

Key Skills & Technologies

AI & Chatbot Development

  • Experience with LLhIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers)
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, Rasa, or AutoGen frameworks
  • Knowledge of Prompt engineering and iiieniory/embedding teclinicjiies
  • Vector DBs: Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB
  • Custom intent recognition. Callback handling, and agent planning logic

Backend Development (Python)

  • Frameworks: FnstAPI, Flask, Django
  • REST & GrapliQL API design

  • / Angular (preferred) or Flutter Web

DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Logging & monitoring: Prornetlieus, Gralana, Sentry

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building no-code/low-code visual builders
  • Knowledge o1' multi-agent systems or agent simulation frameo'orks
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Red is Streams)
  • Frontend frameworks for mobile: Flutter / React Native

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of software development experience with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML or cliatbot systems
  • Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade Al-powered applications
