- Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
- Expertise in Student Counseling
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the educational or training sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
