  7. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
  8. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
  9. Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering
Education Requirement:
  • 10th / 10 2 (Preferred)
Experience Requirement:

Skills & Competencies:
  1. Basic knowledge of reading and writing
