Pre sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline our coffee beans sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, sales channels, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, efficient dispatches, and consistent market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee product listings and inventory across multiple sales platforms.
- Inventory Coordination: Maintain healthy inventory levels and align stock availability with ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Customer Communication: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
- Order Processing: Coordinate and process sales orders received through various wholesale and retail channels.
- Quotation & Documentation: Prepare quotations, understand customer requirements, and maintain sales documentation.
- Accounts Coordination: Track office expenses and submit regular reports to the accounts team.
- Channel Expansion: Strengthen existing distribution networks and help increase market penetration across India.
- Dispatch & Reporting: Ensure timely dispatch of all platform orders and maintain systematic monthly reports for management review.
- Retail Expansion: Develop and implement a stepwise retail program in collaboration with premium and luxury retail spaces across India.
- E-commerce Growth: Understand the operational structure of platform aggregators (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and develop a scalable execution plan for online sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business software tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in sales coordination, FMCG, or coffee/food & beverage industry preferred (not mandatory)
