Your work profile.

As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

SAP CS Professional should have: (10 to 13Yrs)

Ideal candidate will have experience on SAP S/4 Services (new version of SAP CS) module with a minimum of 1 implementation experience of S/4 services module on SAP Public cloud.

The candidate will have 7-10 years experience in SAP S/4 implementations

• End-to-end implementation and support of SAP CS module

• Strong understanding of Service Management processes :

• Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts & Warranties, Repairs Processing

• Configuration of:

• Service Orders & Notifications, Item Categories, Copy Controls, Status Profiles, Partner Determination

• Integration with other SAP modules:

• SD, MM, FI, PP

• Experience in S/4HANA Customer Service is preferred

• Handling incident, change, and enhancement requests

• Preparation of:

• Functional Specifications

• Test Scenarios & UAT Support

• End-user training and documentation

• Client interaction for requirement gathering and solution design

• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP CS configuration and support
• At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Customer Service
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a consulting environment
• Exposure to ITSM / AMS projects is an added advantage

Good to Have

• SAP S/4HANA CS experience
• SAP FSM / CRM Service exposure
• Debugging knowledge (ABAP basics - desirable)
• Experience with global rollouts

Education Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes .
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
