Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support client-related financial operations. In addition to core accounting duties, this role includes tracking client subscriptions, contracts, and service renewals, and coordinating timely follow-ups and reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Operations

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions (, journal entries, general ledger)
• Process invoices and payments, and manage receipts from clients
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial summaries
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits

Client Account Management & Renewals

• Maintain a tracker of client contracts, subscriptions, and service renewals (e.g., software licenses, maintenance contracts, hosting services, etc.)
• Send timely renewal reminders to clients via email/phone
• Coordinate with sales/support teams to follow up on pending renewals or payments
• Generate renewal invoices and share with clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting; experience in IT or SaaS company preferred
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, )
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (for client coordination)

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
