Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Developer, located in Gurgaon. The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include data preprocessing, feature selection, training models, evaluating performance, and improving existing AI systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications, and documenting project progress and findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in AI development, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
  • Skills in statistical analysis, data mining, and big data frameworks
  • Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the IT training industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
