Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious, persuasive, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Bond Advisors.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted financial partner to investors, including HNIs and emerging affluent clients.
- Understand client aspirations, map suitable fixed-income products, and drive sales growth.
- Build lasting client relationships by offering tailored solutions that generate trust, value, and repeat investments.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Prospecting
- Initiate outbound calls and virtual meetings with potential and existing investors.
- Engage with HNIs, retail investors, and first-time buyers to understand their wealth goals.
Consultative Sales
- Pitch, explain, and simplify fixed-income products
(Bonds, NCDs, AIFs, etc.)
in an engaging and convincing manner. - Recommend products aligned with each client's investment horizon, risk appetite, and return expectations.
Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Drive revenue generation through both new client acquisitions and repeat investments.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term trust with clients through personalized service.
- Become a go-to advisor for clients on fixed-income investments.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with financial markets, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Communicate regulatory, compliance, and product-related updates to clients effectively.
CRM & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems for client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress tracking.
- Share insights with the leadership team on client feedback and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong understanding of fixed-income products (Bonds, NCDs, AIFs) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with HNIs and affluent clients and build long-term trust.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
- Passion for financial markets and a strong desire to grow in the investment advisory space.
