Role Description

This is a
hybrid role (on-site and remote)
for an
IBM BAW Consultant
based in
Hyderabad
. The consultant will be responsible for
developing and integrating IBM BAW applications
, as well as conducting
business process analysis and improvements
on a daily basis. Candidates should have
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience
in the IBM BAW technology landscape.

Qualifications

Development Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BPM workflows using IBM BAW (formerly BPM).
  • Implement end-to-end business process solutions using BPMN, Coach Views, and Integration Services.
  • Integrate BAW with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services, and Java components.
  • Customize UI using Coach Framework, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Ajax.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and process models.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in system/integration testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain BAW environments (Development, Test, Production).
  • Perform BAW installation, upgrades, fix packs, and patches.
  • Monitor system health, manage logs, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the BAW platform.
