Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Indore.

You will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend services that power our community platform for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems.

  • Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot or Play.

  • Work closely with front-end and mobile developers for smooth integration.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

  • Take ownership of deployments, testing, and production readiness.

  • Troubleshoot and debug backend issues in live environments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and dev teams.

Qualifications :

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and Data Structures.

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with proven software engineering capabilities.

  • Proficient in Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

  • Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and parallel computing.

  • Solid knowledge of MongoDB, Redis Cache; Elasticsearch is a plus.

  • Familiarity with server-side architecture, database design, and RESTful API development.

  • Experience deploying scalable systems on Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms and external API integrations is preferred.

  • Prior experience with B2C consumer apps at scale is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
