We have an exciting 6-month extendable project with our client in the Aerospace Industry. The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build.

Responsibilities

  • Develop assembly manufacturing processes in line with engineering requirements using the CATIA V5 platform.
  • Analyze and implement changes to existing assembly processes, ensuring updates are reflected in the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Tooling, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to support the industrialization of assembly products.

Functional Competencies

  • Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing interpretation in accordance with ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y /2009 standards.
  • Ability to interpret global specifications related to aerostructure assemblies.
  • Skilled in assessing contract compliance and product/service quality.

Technical Expertise

  • Preparation of process sheets based on engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of Materials & Processes (M&P), aerospace materials, and related regulatory requirements (e.g., burn properties, approvals).
  • Familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, and APQP methodologies.

Tools & Systems

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, CATIA, 3D Viewer, and MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to align solutions with strategic and business objectives.
  • Experience with product development and stage-gated processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven success working in a matrix environment.
