Team Praxis works with entrepreneurs/founders and C-suite to the front-line executives across business streams, helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation, and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.
GrowWithPraxisKey Characteristics of the Role:
- Lead engagements within the Financial Services vertical
- End-to-end ownership of project delivery and lead high-impact teams focused on Banking, NBFCs, and fintechs
- Drive engagements across:
- Growth strategy (new product lines, customer acquisition, channel optimization etc.)
- Operational efficiency (collections, sourcing, salesforce effectiveness, branch network strategy Underwriting and credit transformation)
- Process transformation (retail and corporate banking onboarding journeys, lending, onboarding, automation, AI adoption)
- Support due diligence (CDD, ODD, VDD) engagements with deep FS context
- Design growth and transformation strategies and assess regulatory and competitive landscapes
- Build compelling client narratives and deliverables that shape CXO and boardroom conversations
- Collaborate with clients and Praxis leadership to drive outcomes and sustained impact
- Contribute to business development—write proposals, develop pitches, and define tailored approaches to client challenges
- Mentor and grow high-performing teams; play a key role in recruiting and capability building
Competencies and skills:
- 3–5 years of management consulting experience at a reputed firm, with relevant experience in Banking, NBFCs, and Fintech space
- Exposure to due diligence (CDD, ODD, VDD) engagements is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of business models, performance levers, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI guidelines, co-lending norms etc.)
- Skilled at driving conversations with C-level stakeholders and MDs and Investment Principals
- Strong ability to build trusted client relationships and ensure long-term impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with strong ability to research, analyze and communicate key value drivers
- Ability to assess strategic implications of trends such as AI in banking, embedded finance, etc.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and impactfully
- Experienced in developing client-ready deliverables, writing compelling proposals, and creating tailored pitches
Educational and Other Requirements:
- Graduate degree with a strong academic record
- MBA from a top-tier institute preferred – IIMs (A, B, C, L, I, K), ISB, XLRI, FMS, and SP Jain
- Demonstrated leadership in both academic and professional settings
- High energy and aspiration to grow into a Partner role in a rapidly growing consulting firm
