Job Summary: Index Infotech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Consultant who will help the company implement Epicor ERP from a finance angle covering the systems finance modules. This is a permanent position offering the chance to grow within the implementation space. Consultant is expected to implement Epicor into manufacturing, distribution, service and solution companies. As a Finance Consultant, you will implement Core Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Asset Management, multi company processes and Financial reporting tools) by working with CFO's and Finance Directors to understand their accounting requirements and streamline their business processes.  Key Responsibilities:Analyse, Design, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, focused on Financial best practices.Document Financial processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.Collaborate cross -functionally with other team members to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes, and provide an excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.Provide training and support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.Stay updated on Epicor best practices and emerging trends to enhance system utilisation and effectiveness.Should be willing to travel when the project demands.Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Strong education background in Finance (MBA/ ICWA/ CA) or any relevant experience in Finance8+ years consulting, business application training or customer support experience in the software industry requiredPrior experience on implementations at customer site is mandatory.Experience with any ERP product (e.g MS Dynamics, Navision, Sage, Baan, IFS, SAP B1 etc..)Knowledge of Epicor's enterprise applications preferredExceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in advising C -suite executives.Knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.Ability to lead large -scale operational change initiatives and drive organisational improvements.
