Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities



•Supporting the delivery of key deployment deliverable associated with Audit tools: Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed..

•Participant in the test cycle for each tool. Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed.

•Write and perform the controls for the tool applications

•Retain detail knowledge of the application and take ownership of requests/queries from business/ leadership

•Support the Audit Tool Owner in all aspects of tool development process – helping identify required functionality, testing, proof of concept, accreditation, business support including guidance/methodology/training/ champion network, limited deployment, capture/action feedback, full deployment, and ongoing support.

•Confidently work with timelines, stakeholder, project requirements

Qualifications

Educational qualifications


•Graduate (B. Com /B. Tech or equivalent) 
 

Work experience


•0-1 years' work experience in audit practice/ Project Management

Mandatory  technical & functional skills


•Strong and agile project management skills


•Experience to enable discussions on topics from a variety of industries (at a high level)


•Self-starter and able to self-manage


•MS Office skills

Preferred technical & functional skills


•Basic SharePoint and Power bi

Key behavioural attributes/requirements


•Ability to build relationships quickly with all key stakeholders/contacts.  Key deliverable is driving usage of tool/s.  This requires close liaison with Tool SMEs/, Champion networks and business contacts as well as end users. Delivers Quality.


•Internally motivated and able to drive and shape new processes where none may currently exist in the firm.


•Out the box thinker – driven to find ways of doing things better and has the mind-set to come up with proposed solutions, with a good understanding of the delivery lifecycle.
