We're Hiring : ServiceNow Engineer (AI)

Are you passionate about building next-generation AI-driven enterprise solutions?

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Engineer (AI) to design, build, and scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Role : ServiceNow Engineer (AI)

Experience : 4 Years

Work Mode : Remote

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance Generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow to optimize ITSM workflows and Virtual Agent experiences.

- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for contextual and intelligent response generation.

- Integrate LLM features using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.

- Deploy and optimize AI workloads on ServiceNow and OCI ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

- Collaborate with platform and business teams to identify AI transformation opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Required Skills & Experience :

years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, including 2-3 years in Generative or Agentic AI.

- Proven expertise with ServiceNow AI capabilities - Virtual Agent, GenAI workflows, and intelligent automation.

- Strong Python development skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.

- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow integrations.
