Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Tool Room, located in Indore. The Assistant Manager Tool Room will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tool room, managing tool inventory, ensuring the maintenance and calibration of tools, and supervising a team of professionals. The role includes coordinating with production and engineering teams to fulfill their tooling needs, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring safety standards are met. Additionally, the role involves analyzing tool performance and providing training to team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing tool performance and inventory management
  • Experience in Customer Service to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Operations Management to oversee tool room activities
  • Ability to develop and conduct Training programs for team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations
