Site Supervisor

3 - 10Years Experience in industrial civil works

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and timesheets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the Industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide construction staff.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges on-site expediently.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., OSHA, NCCER).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
