EXL is organizing a Walkin drive for Executive- TA on 4th Sept, 2025

JD-

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO and bulk hiring requirements.

Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate selection process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.

Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in BPO and bulk hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Good Excel

Experience Range- 0-3 Years


•Work Module: Work from office

•Work Location: Sector-144, Noida

•Cab Facility: Both Side (as per the hiring Grid)

•CTC: upto 4.5LPA (Depends upto last withdrawn)
