We are a dynamic and growing company in need of a skilled Digital Marketing and Project Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate is passionate about driving online growth, adept at managing teams, and experienced in running successful digital marketing campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Team Leadership:

Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize results.

Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Stakeholder Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on project progress, performance, and outcomes. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with at least 3 years in a project management role.

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or consultancy. 

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
