Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements and project execution plans.
  • Monitor project progress against the baseline and highlight delays, risks, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate progress updates.
  • Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and resource loading.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Forecast completion dates, manpower, and resource requirements.
  • Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions with proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company planning standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related discipline.
  • experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry (Residential, Commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects etc).
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning techniques, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and sequencing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹56,507.77 per month
