About the Team

The Platform Product team drives Solifi's Open Finance Platform, enabling innovation and scalability across a portfolio of products used by secured finance customers worldwide. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Services, Marketing, Sales, and other product line teams to deliver modern SaaS solutions that improve customer outcomes. Our team is collaborative, growth-minded, and focused on building high-quality technical solutions that scale seamlessly across our portfolio. Together, we play a key role in Solifi's mission to reshape finance technology by unifying solutions into one powerful platform.

About the Position

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Platform Product team, which powers Solifi's Open Finance Platform and supports a portfolio of products used globally by secured finance customers.

You'll partner closely with product, design, engineering, QA, internal teams, and external stakeholders to own and manage the backlog for one agile team focused on delivering our Digital Experience Portal, a customer-facing platform for our customers clients' (B2B2B). While strategic direction will be set by the Director of Product, you will own your team's roadmap and execution, ensuring initiatives are translated into actionable deliverables and successfully launched.

Role and Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog for your agile team, ensuring it reflects priorities, business value, and platform standards.

Translate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Gather and validate requirements from internal stakeholders and external customers to inform design and delivery.

Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) and foster alignment across engineering, QA, and UX.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive delivery of platform capabilities that support multiple Solifi products.

Prioritize features and manage trade-offs, balancing technical constraints, business needs, and customer impact.

Contribute to product enablement by supporting internal teams with feature documentation and go-to-market readiness for new platform capabilities.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and remove blockers to keep the team aligned with roadmap commitments.

Partner with the Director of Product to report on delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.

About You

What You'll Bring

• BS/BA in (Business, Computer Science, or related field)

• 4-6 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in SaaS or digital platform environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and tools like Jira.

• Familiarity with technical aspects like APIs, SaaS concepts, and platform ecosystems.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed user stories.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in dynamic, multi-product environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS platforms, or B2B/B2B2B digital solutions.

• Demonstrated success in executing and launching platform capabilities or customer-facing features.

• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centric development practices.
