Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate sales & marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential Domestic and NRI customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our real estate projects.
  • Explain project features, amenities, and investment benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures and site visits.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support (real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (or local language).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle both Domestic and NRI clients.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software is an advantage.
