About the Role

We are seeking a part-time, on-site UiPath Developer with extensive experience in automation development. The role involves analyzing business processes, building automation workflows, and maintaining bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You'll work closely with our operations, admissions, and IT teams to simplify daily tasks and improve productivity through smart automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath tools.
  • Automate key areas like:
  • Simultaneous data uploads and updates
  • Email and reminder notifications
  • Report generation from Excel or CRM
  • Data extraction from PDFs or portals
  • Test, debug, and ensure smooth bot performance.
  • Maintain clear documentation for each developed workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency through automation.
  • Provide training and support to staff on automation use.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in UiPath development.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Excel automation, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of VB.NET, Python, or C# for scripting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Must be available to work remote.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education, consulting, or service industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a plus.
