Overview
As a Sales Executive at IMPACTRIX AD AGENCY, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our digital marketing services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and expand the network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for learning and self-improvement.
