- The Digital Content teams mission is to help achieve learning and knowledge by moving towards enhancing the learning experience with digital learning content solutions As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and production of effective creative graphics as part of the learning solutions. You will be responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from planning out illustrations from concept to delivery of the projects in scope. As a senior Media specialist, you will be responsible to manage all graphic design tasks, refining projects, and generating creative content ideas Your role will also require managing and supervising an assigned set of graphic design staff, managing course development/design processes, evaluating course design, and applying best practices related to learning with the junior GDs. You will be required to apply knowledge of graphic design theory to design course content, working with subject matter experts, management, trainers/facilitators, and e-Learning specialists. As the lead GD, you will help build the content capabilities within the team and bring in new innovative and immersive solutions and outputs Valid experience of 9-14 years as a graphic designer Experience in leading Learning projects and content development to advanced knowledge in Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Captivate, After Effects, Camtasia, XML/HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver Flash integration Experience in Learning technologies, authoring tools, and platforms Good verbal and written communication skills Managing internal stakeholders and client management Project Management Hands-on experience with conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams, and working on their execution. Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion. Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work. Guide teams toward finishing projects and campaigns Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations. Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project. Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between project teams and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work and Collaborate strategically with team members on cross-functional training approaches to best design clients needs Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices. Utilize advanced design models that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge Respond to on-demand projects that focus on curriculum development, the use of technology, or digital learning development Mentor team members on blended learning techniques and approaches Manage the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning projects Identify measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timelines, forecasting, and deliverables Maintains collaborative relationships and communication with internal stakeholders with strong problem-solving skills Utilize instructional design frameworks and maintain consistency across training projects develop, mentor, and coach junior members. Create project documentation including the project plans, design templates, standards, style guides, checklist, brochures, and working prototypes. Support with pre-sales activities when required (responding to RFIs and RFPs, creating prototypes etc.) Contribute to team Business As Usual activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc Named Job Posting?
