About the Role: We are looking for a forward-thinking Data Scientist to join our R&D team in the publishing domain. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, stays updated with the latest trends, and is skilled in building and deploying ML models that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and apply Gen AI/ML techniques to publishing use cases.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
  • Explore emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intelligent features and integrate models into products.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Create POCs for new Gen AI/ML use cases and experiment with emerging technologies.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Gen AI, ML, and data science to drive innovation.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into products
  • Research and prototype new AI/ML techniques tailored to publishing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of ML/AI experience.
  • Hands-on Experience in ML/AI with Lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Gen AI/ML concepts and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience in deploying models to production (cloud or on-premise)
  • Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, AI Frameworks & SQL
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
