Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Office Assistant to the General Manager Office. The Assistant will be responsible for managing the General Manager's diary, handling executive administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and performing various clerical duties. The role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism in supporting the General Manager's day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Strong Clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,774.86 per month
