Industry: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) & Structural Steel Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Department for the fabrication plant.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across all fabrication stages.
  • Conduct inspections for welding, fit-up, painting, and final dispatch.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.
  • Train and guide the quality team to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in steel fabrication (PEB & structural work).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with fabrication drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
