Position: Data Analyst - B2C Digital Products

Location: Noida

Educational Details: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (advanced degrees are a plus).

Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights, drive data-backed decision-making, and help enhance the player experience across our gaming portfolio. You will be instrumental in shaping strategies for user engagement, monetization, and performance optimization.

What You Bring to The Team

  • 2+ year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative analyses to generate meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
  • Build real-time dashboards and performance reports using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
  • Analyze player behavior and game performance to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and refine A/B testing frameworks to improve in-game mechanics and monetization.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide deep-dive analysis on business performance trends.
