Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and help design solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders for pre-sales lead generation.
- Help document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business teams.
- Support in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist in decision-making.
- Participate in meetings and prepare relevant documentation such as business cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Understanding of Frontend and Backend Technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and system design.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Upwork, Fiverr.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹4, ₹6,000.00 per month
